UPDATE

All shots and certain refills are still done on a walk-in basis and no appointment is needed. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with additional telehealth appointment times. We take our lunch daily from 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

• NO GUESTS or CHILDREN are allowed to accompany you to your appointment
  • This allows us to move quickly through appointments.
• A MASK/FACE COVERAGE is not MANDATORY to receive service
• The clinic is being disinfected throughout the day
• All pens and clipboards are used once before being sanitized
• Anyone with a fever is adked to be rescheduled for a later time
• If you have any symptoms or do not feel well, please reschedule your appointment at least 3 days after your symptoms have left.
